Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Group General Counsel in all compliance-related matters;
- Participate in general commercial works such as contracts drafting & review, legal advisory and listing compliance, etc;
- Provide support to the company secretary team in preparation of annual and interim reports, announcements, circulars and other disclosure documentation;
- Assist the compliance and company secretary Department on any ad-hoc matters.
Requirements:
- Hong Kong Qualified, with 1+ year of experience;
- Candidates with good potential and experience in general commercial works, but without listed company experience are also welcome;
- Good command of English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred;
- Willing to learn and grow in a fast-pace working environment;
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player.
