Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to Group Company Secretary, your core responsibility will be to manage and perform secretarial duties related to the company
• You will oversee statutory compliance to ensure operations is aligned with company ordinance
• You will prepare documentation and assist in arranging Board of Directors or committee meetings
• You will ensure policies and regulations are aligned with corporate strategies
• Your duties may also include drafting / reviewing announcements, minutes, reviewing contracts, suggestions to management regarding rules and regulations, preparing notices and other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience preferably in listed companies
• Degree in related discipline or associate membership of ICSA or HKICS is mandatory
• Knowledgeable in Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules and ability to perform best practices in company secretarial duties
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure is essential
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a must
