Sales & Marketing Department – Hong Kong

Report to: Business Analysis Supervisor    
                                                              
Job Description:

• Maintaining, coordinating & specifying in-house regular reports & procedures to keep high level of data quality , consistency, scalability, sustainability & efficiency
• Leading and Assisting for Data-warehouse & Business Intelligent tools development, to cover Region Asia Pacific & companywide business requirements
• Support and coordinate with Headquarter for Business Intelligent and data related projects
• Producing and distributing commercial reports and statistics (Dataliner, SCFI, Seabury etc.)
• Preparing presentation materials & guides, assisting commercial steering
• Providing timely support for ad-hoc reports / tools for commercial team as requested
• Carrying out ad-hoc research / projects as required

Qualifications:

• University graduate
• Minimum 3 years in commercial reporting positions, experience in a team leading position is a plus
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge on Excel Macro programming and SQL
• Knowledge on Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, MSBI) is a plus
• Exposure to shipping industry will be an advantage
