Our client is a listed conglomerate group in HK with diversified businesses.

Its core business included as a leading developer of e-finance, CRM & e-business software solutions.

To cope with their business growth, they are now looking for the following role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review contractual documentation for various business of the Company
• Provide timely updates to senior management of any relevant changes in statutory requirements and industrial practices
• Identify and manage legal risks in daily operations and business initiatives, proactively provide legal advice and solutions to the Company and CEO
• Act as a key member in coordinating with external parties on legal issues and facilitating in ligation actions concerning the Company
• Conduct periodic legal research on multi-jurisdictional law
• Provide legal documentation and maintain the database system

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Law or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience gained from law firms or in-house environment with company secretarial exposure in listed companies is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience over Dissolve / Liquidation & Legal cases is a MUST
• Excellent research skills and ability to prepare clear and concise summaries and research notes
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good presentation and communication skills, well-organized, proactive and independent
• Reliable with strong commercial sense and integrity, and good inter-personal skills
