Duties:

• Provide company secretarial services and support to local and International clients for Hong Kong and Offshore companies incorporation;
• Arrange annual return and other statutory filings and prepare minutes;
• Edit and update corporate materials;
• Handle general coordination and administrative work of company secretarial department;
• Back up support between team members on any ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

• Holder of diploma or above in law, company secretarial studies or related discipline
• Knowledge in CSA programme is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English/Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
• 1 to 3 to  years’ working experiences in Company Secretary field is an advantage
• Administrative working experiences in Company Secretarial Department of Professional Firm would also be considered
• Good computer knowledge and familiar with MS office and Chinese word processing
• Well organized and systematic, detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills
