Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in providing company secretarial services for HKEX and its subsidiaries incorporated in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas
- To assist in preparing submissions, filings and returns to various authorities
- To maintain and update statutory and other corporate records and registers
- To provide administrative and clerical support to Secretarial Services Department
- To assist in ad-hoc tasks when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder, major in corporate governance, business administration or related discipline is preferred
- Graduate / student member of HKICS
- Minimum 2 years’ company secretarial experience, preferably in professional firms or listed companies
- Practical experience in dealing with the PRC company secretarial matters is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua is a must
- Good communication skill, detail-orientated, well-organised and strong sense of responsibility
- Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPointandChinese word processing
- Immediately available is highly preferred
