Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • To assist in providing company secretarial services for HKEX and its subsidiaries incorporated in Hong Kong, PRC and overseas
  • To assist in preparing submissions, filings and returns to various authorities
  • To maintain and update statutory and other corporate records and registers
  • To provide administrative and clerical support to Secretarial Services Department
  • To assist in ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder, major in corporate governance, business administration or related discipline is preferred
  • Graduate / student member of HKICS
  • Minimum 2 years’ company secretarial experience, preferably in professional firms or listed companies
  • Practical experience in dealing with the PRC company secretarial matters is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua is a must
  • Good communication skill, detail-orientated, well-organised and strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPointandChinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
