Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review commercial contracts and legal documents
• Conduct legal and regulatory researches
• Provide legal advice and translation;
• Assist in local and overseas regulatory affairs, including but not limited to license application, renewal, filing or statutory returns, etc.
• Perform related ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Laws or equivalent discipline
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in telecommunications industry
• Able to conduct legal and regulatory research independently
• Initiative, integrity, responsible and detail minded with sound organizational, communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin
