Our client is a well-known offshore law firm with offices across the globe.

Key responsibilities
Our clients seeks an experienced paralegal to provide support to their corporate/finance and funds teams. The work involves drafting agreements, minutes and documents based on firm precedents. The work also includes preparing documents for legalization and apostille and a variety of documents for submissions. In this role you will liaise with the foreign offices, corporate administration team and clients.  Explaining to clients the costs involved in setting up entities and the requirements for maintaining them in good standing, as well as explaining the annual return process will also be part of the role.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced paralegal that is looking for a new challenge.

Job requirements

• Law degree or equivalent;
• 3+ years of relevant experience within a law firm or 5 years of experience within a company secretarial firm;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
