Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach a team of staff in complaint handling
- Handle complaint cases and inquiries independently
- Draft and vet investigative reports
- Regularly review complaint handling procedures
- Conduct training and seminars for new / junior staff and licensees
- Assist the Section Head in the daily operations of the team
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree, preferably with solid experience in conveyancing
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience (or 3 years post-qualification experience of a recognized profession), and with 3 years at supervisory level
- Good people management and communication skills
- Self-motivated and independent
- Good analytical and presentation skills, and be a team player
- Strong command of English and Chinese (Preferably attained Grade “C” or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in HKCEE, or Level 4 or above in HKDSE, or equivalent)
- Good report writing skills
Terms of Appointment
Competitive remuneration package commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointee will initially be offered a 3-year contract, subject to renewal upon satisfactory performance and the service needs of the Authority.
The appointee may be subject to job rotation to the Enforcement Section, which involves outdoors work and an irregular work schedule.
