Job Description
Responsibilities:
² to promote and sell overseas properties (Vietnam, UK or Australia, etc.) to clients
² to participate in properties or immigration seminars and exhibitions
² to interview clients and provide professional advice to clients
² to follow up all documents and agreements of Sales & Purchase
² to prepare and assist clients' application
² to assist with related services for clients
² to maintain strong relationship with the developers, third party, new and existing clients
² to provide high quality of pre-sale and post-sale services to clients
² to advise clients on market conditions, mortgages and related matters
² ad hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
² degree holder with at least 1 year working experience. With relevant experience is preferred
² good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
² good interpersonal and communication skills
² required to work at weekends or holidays
² able to work under pressure and willing to travel on business
² committed to provide quality customer care and services
