Responsibilities

1. Handle daily leasing enquiry and all tenancy issues including new leasing, renewal tenancies, perform leasing and marketing activities and undertake leasing negotiation                                            
2. Handle leasing administration, including preparing reports, offer letters, tenancy agreements, license agreements and related documents                     
3. Assist in pre-inspection, handover & takeover of premises and liaise with Property Management Company's representatives and Consultants                                                             
4. Research and analyze market trends, prepare and submit weekly reports and budgets.
5. Site inspection with clients, property agents and tenants
6. Maintain good relationships with existing and potential tenants, customers and property agencies                                           
7. Handle enquiries, attend the premises where emergency incidents occur and upon receiving complaints from tenants

Requirements

1. A Degree holder                                             
2. Good written and speaking English skill                                 
3. At least 3 years+ sales and leasing working experience in real estate market    
4. Responsible, polite and with good negotiation skills                    
5. Self-motivated and a proactive approach to all tasks.                         
6. Willing to work overtime and during weekends / public holiday when necessary 7    Energy, enthusiasm and a can do attitude.    
7. Willingness to express creative ideals
