Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle selling and leasing of residential properties in Hong Kong
- Discuss terms of all dealings with prospective clients
- Provide professional agency service in order to maintain good relationship and reputation
- Give clear presentations and guide clients throughout the transaction process
- Implementation of sales and marketing activities
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Holder of Property Agent License / Salesperson's License
- Experience in Property Industry
- Excellent communicator and negotiator
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Team player, outgoing, proactive and eager to achieve
- Able to work independently and effectively
- Attention to details and well-organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
