Associate Director / Sales Consultant

Urban Properties is looking for a confident and determined individual for this rare and exciting opportunity. We have built a reputation of providing a wide range of characterful and unique properties focusing on the affluent Mid-Levels district of Hong Kong catering to a clientele base of young professionals working in a variety of multinational organizations in the Hong Kong CBD.   

We are looking for an individual who has a proven track record in hitting targets and deadlines whilst possessing a strong track record in property sales and leasing to both a local and expatriate clientele. These attributes would assist greatly towards being an integral member of a determined team working towards a brighter future.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Brokering on behalf of landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers
• Source and acquire new property listings for sale and lease
• Actively promote suitable investments to clients, owners
• Prepare Sales & Purchase / Lease contracts and conduct property inspections
• Maintain and update property database
• Monitor all day to day operations

Requirements

• Valid EAA License is mandatory
• Good command of spoken English is a must
• Sales experience in real estate / property industry
• Proactive, strong negotiation skills and can work independently
• Well-mannered, presentable and pleasant personality
• Immediate availability is preferred
