Responsibilities :

• Assist in overseeing a mix property portfolio including development and implementation of leasing and marketing strategies
• Provide comprehensive property management service for luxurious residential property / commercial building
• Liaise with contractors / workers to carry out renovation / maintenance work
• Handle full range of leasing activities and tenancy matters
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and has track records in full range leasing & property management
• Able to multi-tasks and work independently
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Property Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
