Requirements:

• Have a university degree in Social Work / Counseling / Psychology or Business;
• At least 3 years hands-on experience on training delivery;
• English (Syllabus B in HKCEE) and Chinese at Grade E in HKCEE/Level 2 (Pass) in HKDSE;
• Can speak fluent Putonghua and English;
• Proactive, innovative and strong marketing sense in the field of corporate training.

Job Duties:

• As a trainer to deliver workshop/seminar on customer service, stress management, staff coaching, etc. for employees;
• Prepare business proposals, follow-up service projects and handle service accounts.

Working Hours: 44 hours gross per week and on shift when necessary

Working location: Kwun Tong
