• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support operations team
• Liaise with external suppliers for office supply & material procurement, relocation and maintenance
• Handling customers' inquiries and supporting documents for sales and marketing team
• Responsible for daily shipping activities such as preparation of air waybill, packing, delivery and update of shipment records
• Manage inventory via stock take to ensure most up-to-date status for all stock keeping units
• Handle product returns with servicing department in an orderly manner
• Provide secretarial support to directors
• Handle other ad-hoc administrative and projects as assigned

• Fresh graduates are considered
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience
• Independent and demonstrates initiative, good communication and problem solving skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and good computer skills
• Immediate available is preferred
• Form 7 or above
