Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead the retail sales staff to achieve monthly sales target;
• Manage retail sales team and daily operations;
• Manage retail shop inventory;
• Manage retail shop manpower planning and roster;
• Formulate and implement marketing and promotion program;
• Handle and follow up on shops enquiry and feedback;
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above;
• At least 3 years working experience in retail / operations;
• Service oriented with good communication skills;
• Self-organized, energetic, open minded person, work independently;
• Hands-on skills in Excel and reporting;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Business travel is required;
• Immediately available.
