Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle clients’ telephone and email enquiries
- Provide onsite and offsite operational support services
- Coordinate with relevant parties for the service requests from clients
- Develop and maintain good relationship with client and prospective clients
- Communicate and coordinate projects with other Departments
Requirements
- F7 or above with 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduate are welcome
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic working environment
- Good IT knowledge is an advantage
- Immediately available.
- Fast learner with strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
