Job Description

Responsibilities:

Define, develop and review product supply plan to fulfill business needs and take the lead on KPI monitoring
Liaise with various departments on production schedule and delivery plan as well as managing change
Be responsible for daily order and shipping routine and ensure all export documents / process are properly fulfill the requirements of destinations
Act as one of key member in different projects including, but not limited to, system implementation, process improvement and etc.
Provide any other duties as and when required

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Operation Management and related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years shall as at supervisory level
Positive, open-minded and proactively to get things done
Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline
Team player yet able to tactfully disagree, when appropriate
Strong in Excel Knowledge of IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics and Dynamic AX/365 is an advantage
