Responsibilities

- Assist in answering customer enquiries via email, social media platforms and phone calls

- Assist in handling of after sales service for bespoke menswear garments

- Assist in handling of ad hoc press requests and enquiries

- Assist in other day-to-day tasks in support of our Senior Customer Service Representative

Requirements

- Proficiency in written and spoken English a must

- Must have a customer-focused mindset, passionate about good service

- No prior experience necessary, although previous customer-facing work experience a plus

- Interest in menswear a plus

- Easy-going personality with good communication skills
