Job Description

Focused on ensuring high customer satisfaction and relationship management. Centralized team as single contact point for brands regarding to managing and fulfilling customer orders.

Responsibilities:

Sales Order Management

  • Support the sales process and follow-up with administrative tasks
  • Receive Sales Order (SO) forms and input into SAP system
  • Manage adjustment to sales orders (SO amendment, cancellation etc.)
  • Ensure data integrity for SO in the SAP system
  • Prepare order confirmation to customers
  • Resolves issues related to SO, commercial document and shipment delivery
  • Provide updates on unshipped orders and pending payments
  • Coordinate with cross functional team and suppliers for sample shipment arrangement
  • Manage order fulfillment process by working closely with Sourcing, Sales, Logistics, DC, Finance etc.

Claims and Return Management

  • Act as first contact point for customer complaints and issues
  • Resolve issues with Supply Planning, DC and customers for the claims
  • Facilitate Customer Defective Return, based on approval from Sales & Product Team
  • Work with Sales & product team for product repair

Stock Allocation

  • Receive approval from brands and execute stock allocations and replenishments
  • Coordinate with Sales for the Monthly launch list and customers for delivery plan

Retail Support

  • Execute outbound deliveries per SO
  • Prepare daily retail order delivery summary to retail stores

Reporting

  • Weekly Order Tracking Report
  • Monthly On-Time Performance Report
  • Ah-hoc Report

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management, International Trading or other related Business Management subjects
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain / International Trading / Customer Service / Order Management
  • With self-initiative and ability to work independently
  • With knowledge in seasonal order management
  • Good cross-functional collaboration skills with effective communication skills
  • Experience in working with business partners in multiple physical locations
  • Good interpersonal and organizing skills
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and SAP Order management processing
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English & Mandarin, local level in Cantonese
