Job Descriptions:

• Handle and follow up sales orders
• Manage internal logistics to ensure daily operations run on an effective and efficient manner
• Update internal database and maintain systematic filing system
• Prepare daily report and project-related documents
• Assist in ad-hoc projects whenever necessary

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Preferably with 1-3 years’ project administration experience
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Multi-task, independent with good initiatives and good team player
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadline and willing to work overtime
• Attention to details, well-organized, hardworking with strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Immediate available is preferred
