Responsibilities:

-  Responsible for all staff and operational issues as well as boost up the sales;

-  Motivate and monitor the team to provide excellent service to our customers

   and to achieve company’s sales targets;

-  Manage the performance of all frontline staff;

-  Maintain smooth daily shop operations by keeping a properly maintained store

   with optimal inventory level;

-  Stock inventory check and replenishment;

-  Handle customer’s enquiries, feedback and complaints;

-  Maintain highest standard of brand image;

-  Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

-  Higher Diploma or above;

-  Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience with 3 years in supervisory level, preferably

   from luxury kidswear;

-  Presentable, pleasant, self-motivated and customer-oriented;

-  Strong leadership skills and communication skills;

-  Good command of both Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
