Job Description
Some globally renowned brands are actively looking for experienced expertise to join their company to cope with business growth and new store opening.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage, coach and motivate staff to achieve sales goals
- Manage the boutique operations and communicate with brand management / HQ
- Accountable for sales and profit development for the boutique
- Ensure the delivery of high quality services and maintain brand image
- Assist on in-store VIP events and develop good relationships with customers
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above, with Degree qualification is an advantage
- At least 8 years’ experience with 3-4 years in supervisory level, preferably from luxury retail sector
- Passionate in and familiar with the retail industry
- Excellent people management skills is a must
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
- Less experience will be considered as Supervisor
