Job Description

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls proactively and understand customers’ needs
Acquire new business and meet sales target
Explore and identify other business opportunity
Handle customers enquiries in a professional manner

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above with 3 years’ or above experience in telesales or customer services
Result-oriented, ambitious, self-motivated and have strong will to win
Excellent probing, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and influencing skill
Well-organized, hardworking, and able to work independently under pressure
Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua is an advantage
