Job Description

BloomMe allows users to browse, book and pay instantly from over 33,000 beauty treatments across categories such as hair, nails, facials, massages - and even traditional medicine clinics. In 2017, BloomMe launched a CRM/SaaS tool to better serve the spa and salon management needs of our B2B partners. Duties/Responsibilities

As Customer Service Officer, you will work closely with BloomMe’s Accounting and Merchant Departments and be responsible to execute all aspects of BloomMe’s handling of customer and merchant partner enquiries. This specifically includes:

  •          Maintain swift and personable customer and partner after-sales support, including merchant partner account update requests 
  •          Respond customer and partner inquiries and feedback, according to our company's guidelines and procedures
  •          Utilization of all current and future communication channels including CRM, email and phone
  •          Close collaboration with Accounting and Merchant departments to cater for cancellations, rescheduling and investigate fraud cases
  •          Assist the development of processes and the usage and creation of response templates with ability to draft replies from scratch as well
  •          Assist Account Management department during OnBoarding process includes create and update merchant account data in CSV and/or SaaS Manager

 

 

Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need to be diligent in your execution and motivated to learn. Personal traits and talent will be granted greater importance than pre-existing knowledge and work experience.

  •          F.7 graduate preferably with work experience in a similar role
  •          Willing to communicate with partners and clients by phone
  •          Customer oriented, personable and diligent
  •          Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required
  •          Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  •          Experience with help desk software preferred
