Job Description
Job Duties:
-
Understand the overall laboratory capability (equipment, methods, etc) within TÜV SÜD and apply this knowledge to new service development accordingly.

Assist department manager and coordinate with different internal laboratories to develop new testing services (including FCM testing) according to the department strategy and client’s requests.

Create test plans for hardlines products based on regulatory, industry and/or customer requirements with the support from the team of Technical Governance and Regulatory Compliance (TGRC).

Consolidate and digest all related information from TGRC. Support and provide training to the project team regularly.

Monitor the relevant technical standards or requirements and update project team.

Provide support to sales and marketing events, including visiting customers, holding seminars, creating presentation materials and drafting marketing materials. Interaction with clients is necessary.

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Involve in chemical safety assessment projects.
Job Requirements:
-
A Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Chemistry or related studies or other related disciplines.

At least 3 years of work experience in children products/ hardlines testing (Chemical testing knowledge is preferable but not a must).

At least 2 years of working experience in chemical laboratory (Food Contact Material testing experience is preferable).

Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin.
Working Location : Yuen Long (5 mins walk from Long Ping station)
