Job Responsibilities:

•To lead the team to exceed key performance measures in Service Counter/Hotline, in alignment with company’s business direction

•Process and follow-up service orders, documents and general clerical duties

•Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.

•To effectively coach and motivate team members and foster collaboration, by recognizing positive attitude and behavior.

•Report to Customer Service Manager

Job Requirements:

•Form 5 or above, with relevant working experience in customer service will be an advantage

•Good communication and interpersonal skills

•Good telephone manners with fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin

•Able to work under pressure & proficiency in MS Office applications

•Self-motivated, customer focused staff, and well organized

•With caring attitude and passion to help customer

•Polite, cheerful and possess good communication skills

•More experience will be consider as Centre Supervisor
