- To serve and handle customer's requests, enquiries, orders and complaints
- Build up good relationship with customers
- Preparing, tracking and analyzing statistics reports
- Follow up orders with Engineers
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Form 6 or above with working experience in call center or customer service field would be an advanced
- Good communication skill
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS applications (Word and Excel)
- Working experience in IT industry is an advantage.
