Job Responsibilities:

• Answering customer requests by email (good presentation skills are a must), chat and over the phone.

• Coordinate production work with production team (e.g. process company incorporations and other matters such as accounting, notarization, payroll, etc.);
• An opportunity to exercise and hone those multi-tasking skills!

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
• Detail oriented / meticulous / fussy are a must!
• Autonomous and can-do attitude
• Curious and willing to learn
• Some legal knowledge about HK company regulations a plus but not compulsory (a fast learner will be able to quickly pick up what we do)
