Report to: Sales & Marketing Manager, Area South China
                                                                    
Job Description:

• To implement the pre-assigned business plan target, productivity standards and report market rate / volume development at South China & as well as to assure customer satisfaction and budget target from assigned account being met.
• To fulfill ASC export business plan of Total Volume / Total CM,, Inttra Booking / SI target which is subject to quarterly review or when required :
• To Fulfill own business plan of Total Volume / Total CM, Inttra booking and SI target which is subject or quarterly review
• To prepare a customer profile and submit to senior for any join call
• Probe customer’s requirement professionally and take immediate action to tackle as well record customer visit outcome into CMP with regular follow up
• Produce reliable forecast for cargo / equipment / port pair volume of those assigned customers
• To provide quality service and timely response to our existing customers with a professional manner / approach and respond timely to all e-mail correspondence
• Ensure supporting other Department, Trade Management and oversea offices / agents to achieve business plan and adhoc task with due consideration of company bottom line and customer requirement

Qualifications:

• Matriculated and preferable tertiary education
• Min 3 years field Sales experience with shipping industry
• Fluency at oral / writing English
• Excel knowledge
• Mandarin is an advantage
