Responsibilities:

 -         Manage the retail shops’ daily operations and report to the Operation Manager

-          Achieve sales target and sales profits

-          Motivate and develop a team of frontline staff in providing excellent services to our customers

-          Monitor the product sales, promotion campaign and stock control

Requirements:

 -         Diploma or above

-          Minimum 4 years experience in retail management of which at least 1 year at supervising level of retail operations

-          Responsive to the market change

-          Customer oriented with a positive attitude

-          Good coaching, communication and presentation skills

-          Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
