Job Description
Our client is a prestige International Bank. They are now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as Phone Banking Officer.
Responsibilities
- Delivering service with requisite courtesy and accuracy
- Handle inbound calls from affluent segment customers and provide information on services to enhance customer relationships
- Identify and respond to customer needs accordingly
- Promote and cross-sell banking products as appropriate
- Collect and provide customer feedback to supervisor for product/service/program improvement
- Comply with policies and available procedures/guidelines to ensure safety and security of the bank and customers assets are maintained
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s customer service experience
- Customer service oriented and good problem/complaint handling skills
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered
