Job Responsibilities:

Brand, Merchandising and Stock Planning

• Work closely with Procurement team to ensure merchandising strategies can roll out properly
• Oversee stock planning, launch of collection, reduction of slow moving or aging stock
• Closely monitor stock level under the best utilization in order to maximize the target turnover
• Review stock assortments according to qualitative feedback, market trends, on going product performance and quantitative analysis
• Assist in brand building and brand presentation
  
  

Sales Support operations, sales analysis and data maintenance

• Ensure and monitor the logistics of sales orders and shipments
• To provide sales support and customer services
• Track, analyse & effectively communicate on key sales and inventory performance indicators, provide qualitative input and action plan recommendations
• Consolidate sales data from Sales & Marketing teams to ensure the accuracy of data and to prepare business reports on regular basis

 People Management

• Lead the team to perform in a consistent and positive manner
• Develop people, build team spirit and drive collaborations on all levels

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary level or a Degree holder in any discipline
• At least over 6 years of working experience in merchandising or sales
• Product knowledge in WATCH is a MUST
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good computer skill with proficiency
• Result-driven and sales oriented are essential
