Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• manage individual accounts as assigned
• handle daily operational work and documentation including follow-up order enquiry and validation of information / data / pricing with internal and external parties
• monitor, review and process the required documents & reports in accordance with KPI, guidelines and SOP
• prepare the invoices and validate with internal and external parties if required
• coordinate with cross functional teams and overseas networks; liaise with the customers appointed partners if any
• evaluation of the service performance and support the key account manager
• perform ad-hoc projects and other duties as requested
• good customer services skills, and the ability to remain flexible and balance multiple priorities 

Qualification and education level required:

• Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook
• Form 5 or above
• Good command of both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage 

Working Experience required:

• With relevant 2-3 years experiences in Customer Services or Sales Support experiences in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing and Logistic industry

• Good analytical, communication and coordination skills;
