Responsibilities

• Work closely with plant GMs to develop  new product strategy and plan to drive the products sales;
• Understand clients, establish and manage client relationships;
• Understand and analyse the market and competition to identify clients’ specific needs in terms of product,  creative concepts, visual merchandizing etc.
• Conduct effective presentations and proposals for client meetings;
• Design holistic program to ensure new product success to continuously grow share in clients’ categories.
• Analyse the business, evaluates competitive challenges, and identifies cost-saving and value-enhancing opportunities for growth
• Prepare all analyses for pricing, cost of goods, price increase for new projects or editing projects.
• Work cross functionally to ensure all products and prices comply with clients requirements;
• Monitor sales and customer service, review sales contracts and report on clients marketing activities, including events, advertising campaigns etc.
• Oversee all business development dept activities, procedures and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, ideally in Marketing, Business or Economics. MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.
• 5+year sr. management role, good analytical skill and excellent in sales and presentation.
• Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel;
• MNC experience in China, native English.
• 50% of travel.
