Responsibilities:

• Assisting sales managers on handling customer inquiries, coordinate and assist with sales quotation/ issue invoice/ related doc.
• Arrange and coordinate shipment /delivery
• Handle general data entry

Requirements:

• F.5 / HKDSE or above
• 1 years relevant experience in Sales Coordinator is our preference
• PC knowledge in Word, Excel, Chinese Word processing, Outlook
• Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Knowledge in MYOB in an advantage
