Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business or related disciplines
  • 4 years relevant experience in sales administration and order processing
  • Experience in handling overseas customers and preparing sales documents
  • Responsible, well-organized, cheerful, self-initiative and attention to details
  • Good command of spoken & written English, conversational Putonghua
  • Conversant with computer skills in using MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and sales administrative support on order processing
  • Responsible for the preparation of quotation, invoice and sales analysis reports
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers on order and delivery arrangement
  • Update clients’ database and provide system support on sales order schedules
