Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain high-level customer service and deliver quality customers experience and brand values.
• Promote and upsell products to potential customers.
• Maintain store's inventory and implement proper policies and procedures.
• Maintain general upkeep, cleanliness equipment of the store.
• Coordinate in-store events as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong sense in sales and good communication skills.
• Experience in selling bespoke products/ services is highly preferred
• Ability to function in a fast-paced business.
• Available to work on weekends and evenings.
• Tech savvy.
