Job Description
Key Function:
- Handle consumers’ enquiries and issues on company products and events in a professional manner
Responsibilities:
- To provide advice & guidance as well as expert information on the range of Company products
- To provide an outstanding customer experience by offering reassurance, advice and information in an enthusiastic and friendly manner, thus increasing customer loyalty and trust
- To handle consumer’s issues in a professional way
- To accurately maintain consumer database information
- Process customers ‘orders
- Prepare reports on quality issues under supervision
- Communication with supply point on quality issues
- Ad hoc duties assigned by Assistant Careline Manager
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2 shifts (9am-6pm / 1-10pm)
Requirements:
- An experience of 1-2 years in the relevant industry is desirable (Fresh Graduate will also be consider)
- Motivated and team player
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, powerpoint)
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
