Key Function:

• Handle consumers’ enquiries and issues on company products and events in a professional manner

Responsibilities:

• To provide advice & guidance as well as expert information on the range of Company products
• To provide an outstanding customer experience by offering reassurance, advice and information in an enthusiastic and friendly manner, thus increasing customer loyalty and trust
• To handle consumer’s issues in a professional way
• To accurately maintain consumer database information
• Process customers ‘orders
• Prepare reports on quality issues under supervision
• Communication with supply point on quality issues
• Ad hoc duties assigned by Assistant Careline Manager
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2 shifts (9am-6pm / 1-10pm)

Requirements:

• An experience of 1-2 years in the relevant industry is desirable (Fresh Graduate will also be consider)
• Motivated and team player
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, powerpoint)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
