Responsibility :
• Handle enquiries from local and mainland clients with tactful CS skills in a professional manner
• Monitor and update the warehousing system with regular report timely and accurately
• Prepare daily reports of inventory, replenishment and transportation arrangement
• Liaise with internal parties for solving complaints and requests appropriately
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Business Development Manager

Requirement :
• Form 5 or above
• Independent as well as a good team player
• Good command of spoken Cantonese & Mandarin
• Sound knowledge of PC such as Internet, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
• Responsible, detail minded, customer-oriented, self-motivated and can work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred
