Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual sales action plans and set sales targets/objectives
• Conduct maximum sales activities and coverage for beverage market with sales tasks in HK, Macau areas to gain existing and new business
• Develop market shares and win maximum possible chance for potential business for the company
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with the clients at present and potential Key Accounts
• Perform excellent teamwork with Operations to satisfy customers’ needs to retain existing customer at all time.
• To monitor and analyze competitors’ activity and market information
• Troubleshooting, debt collections and continuous improvements in both sales and customers service.
• Continue self-developments through network, company resources for bringing more values to the job
• Work closely with Regional manager
• various sales projects when required

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics
• Good knowledge of international trade and operational procedures
• Familiar with wine & spirits and / or beverage industry would be a plus
• Strong sales/trading background
• Team work
• A genuine commitment to service excellence delivery
• Can do and proactive attitude
• Positive personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good experience in handling of major accounts
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• 3 years relevant working experience in global freight forwarding industry
