Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage daily operation of retail shops
- To ensure high quality of customer service is delivered to meet customers' needs and drive sales, as well as handling customer complaints with tactful manner
- To drive and motivate shop staff in achieving sales target
- To interact with internal departments and contribute to the effective implementation of sales activities, business promotion initiatives and merchandising plans at shop level
- To ensure all directions and guidelines are followed properly in order to achieve and comply with operation standards
- To analyze all retail related sales and provide recommendation to sales team to follow, such as retail staff productivity, sales promotion analysis and operation workflow analysis, etc.
- To provide all kinds of operation training supports to frontline staff, make sure all retail staff are well equipped to boost sales and their career development are further enhanced
Requirement:
- Diploma or above with minimum 5 years retail store management experience
- Sensitive to number and sales figures
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication skills and be able to work well at various levels
- Energetic, supportive, independent with self-initiative
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Willing to work on shift duty, immediate available is preferred
