Job Description

Looking for energetic and driven individual to represent one of the most renowned international automobile company with customers worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To conduct follow up outbound calls to existing customers to ensure high quality customer service.
  • To handle customer feedback received via telephone
  • carry out telephone surveys to gain market insight
  • Provide quality service to customers
  • Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by the Management

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good PC knowledge and typing skills, including Chinese typing
  • Candidates with no experience will be considered as training is provided
  • Excellent service attitude with good interpersonal, communication and team skills
