Report to: Customer Order management Manager, Area South China
                                                              
Job Description:

• To assist Supervisor in performing administrative duties, handling daily operations of documentation issue by providing proactive services in order to achieve the growth and profit objectives of the company
• Immediate key in and/or update DOCSYS once received SI (shipping instruction) and/or revision from customer, ensure input accuracy in DOCSYS and provide the B/L draft & preliminary invoice to customer for cross checking
• Check with customers for B/L draft & preliminary invoice confirmation before SI cut
• Unload DOCSYS data (Hong Kong Loading Port only) to destination and/or transshipment port office(s) for AMS/ ACE/ ENS involved services timely.  Back up ASC offices for data unload if necessary
• Issue Correction Note and inform related offices
• Ensure to provide quality service to customers, handling enquiries form external & internal customers and provide solution in professional manner

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Export Documentation process, input, file transmission, handling amendment and Country Rule and Regulation
• Preferably Diploma or above
• Good command of spoken and writing English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Word / Excel
• Minimum 2 years working experience in Liner Shipping / Logistics industry
