Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle daily inquiries and preparation of quotations from independent sales agents and direct hospitality properties.
- Partner with Supply Chain to place orders with vendors, and coordinate with Freight Forwarders shipping instructions.
- Prepare customers and clearance documents per freight forwarder. Providing the freight forwarder all documents and PO’s in order to meet shipping deadlines of customers.
- Provide hospitality customers with PO information, delivery notifications and statuses, and coordinate with their Accounts payable for invoicing details.
- Maintain knowledge of product technical information and pricing to ensure clearly and accurately handling all inquiries from the customers.
- Update internal shared reporting documents such as Order Tracking, Shipments, New orders, Bookings, Turnover, Commercial files, etc.
- Maintaining clear records of specific information about the client complaints, queries, reports, client dealings and relationships.
- Support the financial team on the credit collections, giving to the Finance Dept a list of the expiring bills.
- Provide reporting on company cash-in and cash-out on a monthly basis.
- Provide ad-hoc support in sample management within the office for sales team.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong Communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience in sales support for China market is a plus
- Strong sense of urgency within a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge on Excel, WeChat, Google Mail, etc.
- Strong Innovative and problem-solving capabilities
- Min 2 yrs exp.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in economics, commerce, or any other related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
