- Provide support to Sales and Marketing Team on the daily operation job
- Sales order processing
- Provide customer services (such as RMA & customer complaint handling)
- Support in preparation of marketing materials and data consolidation
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirement
Report to Customer Services Manager
- To support the sales administration activities
- To handle the customer service activities, e.g. telephone enquiries, RMA, complaint etc
- University graduate with 1 – 2 years related working experience
- Pleasant, proactive, strong sense of responsibility
- Good telephone manner and communication skill
- Fluent in spoken & written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Well organized & multi-tasking skills
Candidate with solid experience in the related field will be considered for the post of Senior Customer Services Officer.
We offer 5 days work, bank holidays and our factory is located in Hong Kong
