Job Title : Logistic Co-ordinator

Requirements ( must )

l   F6 graduate or higher education level.

l   Familiar with computer operating Chinese / English Word, Excel.

l   Fluent writing and speaking of Cantonese / English / Putonghua

l   Initiative, active and co-operative working attitude

Requirements ( advantage )

l   At least 3 years working experience in sector of building material, product wholesale and shipping.

l   General office affairs and administrative experience is an advantage..

Job Descriptions ( after training )

l   To handle routine documentations i.e. P.O. , S.C. , P.V. , INV. D.N. etc.

l   To monitor cargo logistic movements from factory to site.

l   To prepare analytic reports

l   To handle administrative affairs.

l   To respond customers enquiry.

l   To handle banking services. ( Cheque deposit , Fund remittance etc. )

Remuneration

l   Monthly salary

l   Year End Double Pay

Working day / hour

l   Mon – Fri  0900 – 1800 Hrs

l   Sat       0900 – 1300 Hrs

Salary

l   HK$ 13,000.00 / month

Probation

l   3 months
