Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of warehouse staff to maintain productivity and service level standards of warehouse operations
- Improve warehouse efficiency, service quality and operating cost control
- Coach to team members to ensure operations requirements against KPI and SLA are met
- Plan the warehouse resources including workforce, space and equipment to meet the dynamic demands
- Maintain good relations with other departments by communication effectively
- Problem solving capability
- Work location: Tin Shui Wai Warehouse
- Working days & hours: 5.5 days (Alternative Saturday-off)
Who we are looking for
- Form 5/ DSE or above, preferable in logistics/ management or any related discipline
- At least 5 years relevant logistics & warehouse working experience and supervision experience
- Good knowledge of PC in Ms Office
- Preferable with Forklift Licence, but not a must
- Positive attitude while under pressure and able to meet deadlines
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Immediately available would be an advantage
