Responsibilities:

-Keep a record of various fees everyday (HIRE/PDA/FREIGHT/BUNKER/INVOICE/OTERH COST)
-Issue invoice and monitor the payment settlement
-Enter the SOFMAR work in time to ensure its integrity
-Follow chartering operation
- Handle company’s internal account including A/R, A/P, remittance, general ledger and other daily accounting functions independently
-Prepare month end management accounts and other financial reports
-Cheque preparement, handle to avoid the later expenses.

Requirements:
-High Diploma or above, major in  Accounting or other related discipline
-At least 2-3 years relevant experience
-Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office & Chinese word processing
-Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
-Trading or shipping business experiences is a plus
